With over two decades of experience in embedded software development, electronics design, and manufacturing. Bipin has honed a deep understanding of the intricate workings of technology and innovation. His journey in technology began with an engineering degree in electronics and telecommunication, followed by an MBA in Project Management, equipping him with both technical expertise and strategic acumen.

Driven by a passion for understanding human behavior, Bipin is currently pursuing a doctorate in human psychology. His research focuses on cognitive biases and decision-making processes, with a goal to bridge the gap between human psychology and its application in professional environments.

As a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) master practitioner and relationship coach, Bipin has helped individuals and organizations improve decision-making, and personal development.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Bipin is an avid photographer, capturing life’s moments through the lens. He also enjoys adventurous long road trips, which have taken him to remote destinations, including Leh Ladakh and Nepal, from his hometown of Mumbai, India. His diverse experiences have shaped his holistic approach to both work and life, where curiosity and exploration play a central role.
